2. As soon as your haunters are inside the Red Ward, use Surge in the center room and use Sleepwalk on the sleeping patient.
Once you get a feel for this assignment you'll probably find it pretty easy. The nurses from upstairs come down regularly and you can always use powers like Obsession to expedite matters. Obsession from the Darkling will also help draw the gift upstairs.
