If you break the witches' circle, and then as they enter the kitchen, hit them with a Surge that will put them off balance. Follow that up with a few other good scares and the witches will be so busy running from everything that they won't really bother your haunters.

Fools Errand from Boo is the easy way to free Tricia from the mirror. As far as Hogwash is concerned you can try one of two approaches. Fools Errand or Human Torch can scare the guy with the headphones. Then there is a halfway decent chance as he runs in and out of the house he'll pass Hogwash. Or, you can bind Tricia in the bathroom downstairs, and have her use Ethereal Gift.

All in all the gift seems to be the most reliable approach.

As soon as Tricia is free you can then start hammering on people. Odds are that either an Ethereal Gift or the guy with headphones will pass Hogwash as people start running in and out of the house. Just keep amping up the powers on your haunters, and watch out for anyone that strays upstairs or downstairs. Keep the living room hopping, and it's in the bag.
